Itinerary
Day 1– After being picked up at your hotel , your first stop will be at Ngwenya Glass Blowing- On weekdays, visitors have the opportunity to witness the art of glassblowing first hand. All of the items are made of 100% recycled glass. There is also a craft center featuring a number of shops that sell locally made products and curios. This includes an Imvelo Eswatini Shop that specializes in a range of hand made products.
Second Stop– Mbabane City- Explore the city on foot enjoy the friendly smiles in town, you will learn about the history of the city from the colonial days. There is a possibility of going to the local market where you can try some local food
Third Stop– eZulwini Market- here its a lot of stalls to walk around and see lots of gifts , even it you are not buying its very nice.
Fourth Stop– The Cultural Village- The reserve is home to the Mantenga Cultural Village, a living
museum of old traditions and represents a classical Swazi lifestyle during the 1850s. It comprises 16 huts, kraals and
byres for cattle and goats, reed fences and other structures. Visitors are encouraged to interact with the people in the
village and can do so by grinding maize, plaiting mountain grass or joining in the Swazi song and dance.
This will offer you an amazing dance performed by young Swazi male and females.
Fifth Stop – national Museums- The Swaziland National Museum has an essential role preserving past traditions and culture for future generations. It’s mission is to collect all natural and man-made objects that reflect both natural and cultural heritage of the Swazi and Southern African peoples.
Sixth Stop– Swazi Candles- The workers have a vibrant, music-filled workshop in the Malkerns Valley, who invite guests to come and interact with artists as they work their magic. There is also lots of other shops around where you can browse around and do small shopping – get yourself a Swazi T- shirt.
Seventh Stop– Manzini Market-Manzini Market- Manzini market, the largest informal market in Swaziland. Here
you can rub shoulders with some locals and see the interesting goods they have for sale to make a living. Manzini is the
perfect place to purchase some handcrafted souvenirs and experience the local way of life firsthand. The open-air market is divided into sections to make your shopping all the easier.
Eighth Stop– Accommodation in Hlane National Park
Day2- Safari – Go on early morning drive for about 4.5 hours after breakfast. this will take us till 1130am.
